How do I get Started?

Before you sign or commit to anything, we have an extensive “Client Subscription” that we ask you to select that best suit your business while we learn more about your needs, clients and industry in the form request. If you are interested in our services, we've got some tips to get the most out of our digital marketing agency.

Will I be Locked into a Long term Contract?

Not at all! All contracts and services agreements are on a month to month plan and year to year plan too. There are no hidden fees for cancelling – ever. We are happy to report that we have never had a client terminate their services or switch to another provider since we’ve started.

Is there a Minimum Starting Price/Budget?

We do have any pre-priced budgets. We also do have various monthly/yearly minimums or required buy in packages. Our ability to handle all budgets -big, small and in-between sets us apart. Each client’s campaign is evaluated individually based off their goals, needs and ability. You get back what you put in, so if you can’t afford a comfortable monthly marketing budget, we’ll advise you on your options. You can request a quote.

What does SEO stand for?

SEO, or Search Engine Optimization is everything done, on-site and off-site, to ensure your website gets found and ranked on the Internet via Search Engines and to make sure that the incoming traffic converts to sales and business returns.

Why Do I Need SEO?

It is now estimated that approximately 80%-90% of customers will check online reviews before making a purchase. Search Engine Optimization gives your company a better chance of being seen by potential customers. According to Forbes, almost 60% of small businesses are now investing in some form of online marketing. So the odds are that your competitors are using SEO. Search engine optimization is important because: SEO is not only about search engines but good SEO practices improve the user experience and usability of a web site. How Long Does It Take To Rank?

Depending on your customized marketing plan, it can take 2-3 months to start seeing significant rankings. These timelines can vary depending on your type of business, website development framework, campaign goals and much more. I understand I need a separate budget for demand generation channels (e.g., Facebook advertising). How many qualified leads can we expect to generate with this extra budget?

It’s not possible to predict lead generation quantities until you have benchmark data from initial activities. And this is highly dependent on the quality of the content (which likely doesn’t exist yet), the value of the offers in your campaigns, competition, how your prices compare, etc.

Will we have a single point of contact or direct access to each team member?

You will have an inbound marketing consultant assigned to your account. This person will be your main point of contact. However, you will also have direct contact with members from each department (design, development, writing, SEO and advertising). Our people are all in-house.

If we are switching platforms, can you help us import data?

Oh Yes, we can absolutely help. But it isn’t so much about which platform you are using but rather how the database was built in the past, what data was collected, where it came from, and what makes sense to bring into the new platform. The most common scenario we see is that past CRMs were not used correctly and exporting and importing the most important lead and customer data into the HubSpot CRM is the best way to start. This usually happens before a new website is launched (if applicable) unless there are complexities and/or other third-party integrations we don’t know about.

What type of companies do you work with?
 
On the surface, we typically work with both B2B and B2C companies with $50 million+ in annual revenue, and a digital marketing budget greater than $250,000. But the companies we have the best relationships with are those that have positioned themselves as industry leaders through traditional marketing methods and are now ready to take marketing in a “new direction” by employing digital and inbound marketing strategies.
What Is Pay-Per-Click?

PPC (or Pay-Per-Click) is a model of digital marketing where the advertiser pays a fee every time one of their ads are clicked. PPC is an effective way to bring people to your website and can be very profitable is managed correctly.

What Is Google Adwords?

How Do We Manage Your PPC Campaigns?
